Palermo Perfumes will gladly repair & used bottle or replace your faulty bottle if unused.

Palermo Perfumes DO NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND.

Please choose your fragrances or try our tester or ask online or simply email us before making online or store purchase.

Please allow us between 5-7 days postage service then contact us if necessary wit your order number then we can able to check your tracking number and status of your parcel.
