I recently purchased Inspired By AVENTUS - CREED (Mens 204) from your store, and I wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, the fragrance did not last more than 10 minutes, which was quite disappointing considering the expectations set by the product description.
Additionally, when I reached out to your customer service team, I did not receive the level of support I had hoped for. The response was unhelpful and did not address my concerns adequately. Good customer service is essential, especially when dealing with fragrance quality issues, and I felt that my complaint was not handled professionally.
