We stumbled across Palermo whilst visiting Melbourne. I wish I took note of the lady’s name who served us, but ‘Wowzers’, she really knew her stuff! We walked in not knowing what this store was about and walked out with so many of our favourite scents! 💯🙌🏻

The saleswoman was really knowledgeable and sold me six scents I absolutely love, will be going back regularly to purchase affordable perfumes, instead of 280 for one I spent less than that for 6..great saleswoman and great shop

Ordered from Melbourne store and it got delivered to me in Perth within 2weeks.

I was so happy after my last visit to Palermo store at Eastland, the girl who served me knew what to suggest and helped me a lot! Cheers to everyone for your staff!!
As for the perfume , it lasts during the day and heard nice compliments about it! Thank you!
