My stuff has got lost in the mail and I’m still waiting to hear back from the company.Order was done 3 March. It’s been over a week now trying to email to get a response. I was told someone would call me back within 24 hours: I have spoken to Auspost who gave a reference number to give Palermo but no call back. No email response. With customer service like this I can see what value your customers are to you. This will be my last purchase and I have spent hundreds of dollars and sent many people your way. It’s quite sad we are treated this way. And from other reviews it looks like I’m not the only one with lost items that probably never gets sorted. I rather deal with David Jones or Myer and keep purchasing at full price for the customer service. So I would like a refund or my items sent out. Either way. After this, I will be closing my account
