Very similar to Violetta. Re the reviews that it is too strong, the original was an EDT and this is an EDP, so I expected it to be stronger. Very happy asthe original Violetta is now almost impossible to get hold of!

This fragrance smells exactly like the now sadly discontinued Violetta. Violet scents always have a strong staying power so be light handed when you apply this one. Great staying power. For the Penhaligon’s lovers you will like this one...it’s a classic. For people looking for a replacement for the original April Violets, you will also love this one!

I love the smell of Violet perfume, so when I read the comments about this perfume & how it smells of violets I had to order it. When I received it I was excited to try it, well to say I was disappointed is an understatement, yes it smells of violets but it is so overpowering & strong I can’t wear it, it’s just too strong. I wish it was a lighter smell of violets then I could wear it, so I’m really disappointed 😔
