This is my favourite perfume of all. Wearing it always gives my spirits a lift. A lovely fragrance.

Cristalle is my favourite perfume of all time due to the memories it invokes - your version promises a journey with its top note accuracy but as it dies away quicly there is no journey to the Arabian deserts full of incense, falling stars and magic which the orijginal has always held hidden in the depth of the fragrance for me. Cristalle should be a journey to Marrakesh where incense blows in the spicy heated wind - this just left me with a beautiful top note green, fresh promise. I am sorry that I can't say that I love it as I would have been your worldwide best customer - guess I'll have to continue holding onto my very old bottle of it which I will have to have buried with me now. ;) - seriously, work on it because every female should have the scent journey of the original Cristalle.

The fragrance is fine , but the cracked fixture leaks and i’ve asked you 4 times to replace it but you never reply
