VERY VERY VERY disappointed with the delivery of your product and that you do not know that we have not received it as yet. Australia Post have told us there are delays and to contact them if we have not received the perfumes by 7 December! The perfumes were due to arrive 22 November! Other retailers products we have ordered out of Melbourne have arrived in a couple of days. We ordered these on 20 November and here we are at 6 December and no perfumes. Aust Post tracking shows it is sitting in a Melbourne sorting house, noting the tracking is the poorest I have used. We purchased these for a special occasion, which has been missed. Don't expect any future business from us or our family if this is representative of your service.
