This was my first time shopping with Palermo Perfumes, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
Initially, I visited your Canberra Centre store and tried several fragrances. I particularly liked M154, and I took the tester strip home with me. Even the next day, the scent remained strong, pleasant, and long-lasting, which convinced me to purchase it.
The following day, I visited your Belconnen Westfield store and bought the same fragrance (M154). However, after taking it home and using it, I noticed that it smelled very different from the tester I had tried earlier. The fragrance is much lighter, dull, and does not have the same strength, quality, or longevity that I experienced from the tester strip.
I purchased M154 based on the excellent impression left by the tester, but the actual product has not met those expectations. As a result, the perfume has been sitting unused at home because it does not deliver the scent experience that convinced me to buy it.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter, as I am concerned there may be an inconsistency between the tester and the product sold in-store.

Love the perfumes that we got from you guys. I know mine are lovely. I like the smell. I don’t know about my son. I don’t know if he’s used his yet but yep, definitely very very happy and definitely very very happy with the lady who served us.
